The website was very easy to use and garage reception was clean, warm and tidy. The receptionist was friendly and efficient and we were given comfortable seat to wait in and were offered refreshments. We will be using Autotechnics again.

Top Service. Managed to squeeze us in for a turbo actuator replacement day after calling. Parts arrived same day as enquiry, car was in at 0845 next day and received call to say it was complete at lunchtime. Any communications was prompt and now I don't plan of taking my VW and Audi anywhere else. Customer service as it should be.

I've been using Autotechnics for a number of years for my works Van (VW t5.1). they MOT and service it each year and have managed the occasional 'unplanned' repairs such as the clutch that went just before Christmas. I can't fault the customer service given.

It's hard to find a garage that you trust. The guys at Autotechnics have earned my trust though. They are by no means the cheapest garage around, but you get what you pay for. Their workmanship is excellent.

Prompt appointment for MOT, everything fully explained and phone call when car was ready for collection. Were then happy to service the car a week later when the 'insp' light appeared again professionally and promptly dealt with. Have now set up with garage for reminder to be sent when MOT/service is next due.
